Welcome to the month of April. By the time you are reading this, you will be deep into it. That means I can’t play any April Fool jokes on you. Never been a fan of those anyway. When I was a kid, my favorite radio station 96 Rock in Atlanta announced they were going to be changing formats and playing elevator music and for half the day they did that, only to announce it was a big April Fool’s Joke.

Another BIG deal in April is TAX day! Yep! Deadlines for filing those personal income tax returns. I don’t think most people mind paying taxes as long as they are being put to good use. I think it’s the waste that bothers most us citizens.

Both days I mention above are for sure conversation starters, one full of funny stories, the other maybe not so much, but there are few days more memorable than the day you buy your dream home. That day is supposed to be fun, exciting and a great feeling of accomplishment.

If you or a friend are thinking about selling, make sure to choose a real estate company you can trust!

A real estate company with experience, proven results, and a give-back philosophy!

As a result of working with over 300 families we have developed a special program to help home sellers and homebuyers. We will guarantee the sale of their present home at a price agreeable to them and in the unlikely event their home does not sell, we’ll buy it. Now that is how you turn a trick into a real treat.

AND remember… YOUR referrals help the Kids.

As you know, tragedy falls on many in this life. Tragedies like sickness, cancers, and other nasty diseases. We aim to do what we can to help kids who are unable to get out and have fun right now, due to these evil health problems.

We are on a mission to raise $50,000 for Give St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort near Orlando that provides critically ill children and their families from your community and around the world with magical week-long wish vacations at no cost.

Since 1986, Give Kids The World has welcomed more than 188,000 families from all 50 states and 76 countries to laugh together, play together, and create priceless memories away from hospital stays and medical treatments. BUT Give Kids The World relies on the generosity of donors and supporters like YOU to fulfill its mission to create joy, optimism, and hope for wish families.

Give Kids the World is Making a Difference Today and for Tomorrow Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team?

As the area’s leading non-profit, it depends on sponsorships and donations to continue their leading-edge care and keep family expenses to a minimum.

P.S. Do you like stories? Everyone has one. The story of this young person enclosed is a really good one. Read with a tissue handy.

In order to provide children with a week-long whimsical adventure full of joy and hope, St. Jude Children’s Hospital relies on sponsorships and donations from amazing donors like you!

Over the last two decades of helping thousands of families sell their homes and/or buy another, we have met some wonderful, loving, caring people.

People like you! So your referrals can rest assured that not only will they get the award-winning service we are known for and the guarantee to back it up, but that a solid portion of the income we receive will go toward a very worthy cause.

Why I Support St. Jude Children’s Hospital

I remember when I first heard about a young person close to our family suffering from a nasty disease and being treated for that at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. It was then that I began to pay closer attention to the work they do at that hospital. Since then, I have learned that it is a collection of hard-working healthcare professionals, most making their homes right here in the San Francisco area, all coming together for a common cause. That cause is to help young people overcome unfortunate health issues that life sometimes throws our way. Being a resident of the Bay Area, I take pride in supporting in a way that I can the good work these people do at St. Jude Children’s. My team and I are committed to providing outstanding results for buyers and sellers referred to us by our past clients. I have discovered that St. Jude Children’s Hospital shares similar commitments to their parents. And since their services survive on sponsorship and donations, we are happy to contribute and proud to support them.
